Terms and Conditions

 

These terms and conditions will apply between you and ‘Rafa and Reenie’ when you buy an item from www.rafaandreenie.co.uk. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.

 

Your contract for purchases made through ‘Rafa and Reenie’ website is with the Rafa and Reenie company and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale. 

 

You must be eighteen years or older to use this website. You warrant that all details you provide to ‘Rafa and Reenie’ for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that credit or debit card details you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the item/s ordered.

 

 

Ordering

Once you place an order online you will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards. The order is deemed as accepted by us once your order has been confirmed. If there is a problem with your order you will be contacted promptly and if your order cannot be met or there is a delay in dispatch you will be notified.

Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges.

 

Delivery Policy and Prices

We aim to get all our orders out within 3 working days of receiving them or 5 days for personalised items. We keep all tracking details so please let us know if you haven’t received your items within a week of ordering.  All orders over £75 (exclusive of VAT if relevant and postage) will be delivered free of charge within the UK.  

 

We will select the most suitable delivery provider dependant on the weight and size of your order. Prices will start from £3.95 and a next day delivery option is available for the UK for orders before 12.00 pm for £9. Next day delivery is not possible for same day dispatch for personalised items, however if this method is selected we will still post using next day delivery service once your items are ready. Orders for next delivery will be prioritised.  The following postcodes will attract a greater cost BT, PA, PH, IV, KW, AB, JE, GY, IM.

 

Signed for delivery services will be used in all instances.

 

Although we expect, in most instances, an order to be delivered within 3 working days, this may not always be the case and it may be that delivery to certain destinations can take up to 5 working days. If delivery is not available at predetermined dates you will be informed at the ordering stage.

 

We use a selection of courier companies for International Deliveries depending on the size and value of the order. We aim to use the fastest arrival but can not guarantee this.  Normally orders will arrive within one week of posting.

 

Delivery is undertaken by an independent delivery company and once goods have left our premises all such goods will be under the control of that company. We may assist customers with tracking orders but please be advised that delays may occur due to weather and transportation issues and therefore we cannot accept liability in these instances.

Personalised Items

Personalised items are non refundable. In the instance of a faulty item we will repair or replace the item/part item.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your order but understand that sometimes the items are not suitable or rarely have a fault.  If this is your experience and you want to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.  You then have 14 days after the date of receiving your order to return to us. The returned items must be unused, and in a re-saleable condition. Please enclose a note letting us know what option you would like.

Please ensure that you package your goods securely and keep proof of posting. You will have to pay for return postage yourself.

Once we receive your items we will refund or exchange as requested by you.  Personalised items cannot be refunded so please feel free to contact us to ensure the item/s you want is exactly what you require.  You can contact us on:

Cancellations

If you haven't submitted your order you may clear the items in your basket at any time by clicking the ‘x’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase.

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it please contact us as soon as you can. We will try our best to make any changes but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may have already been processed. If this is the case you will have to follow the returns procedure. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods to us unless the return is a result of an error made by us.
